Most of the club's trail system is located on 8,000 acres of the Perry Stream Land and Timber Co., between Indian Stream and Perry Stream in Pittsburg, NH.  The approximately 60 miles of trails range from graveled roads to tight woods trails with some muddy areas.  A few run beside Perry Stream and Indian Stream providing nice views and opportunities to do a little fishing.

The club is trying to obtain more trails that will connect its existing system to other areas of the "North Country".   Your help would be greatly appreciated.  Please join the GNWR by printing the Membership Application and sending it in with you membership dues.

The next club meeting will be 7:30 PM, Thursday, August 18, 2005 at the Pittsburg Ridge Runner Snowmobile Clubhouse on Dickson Lane off Back Lake Road in Pittsburg, NH.  Please plan to attend as many trail improvements and club activities will be discussed.

COME JOIN US AT THE
PITTSBURG OLD HOME DAY PARADE

The club will be riding in the Pittsburg Old Home Day Parade on August 20, 2005.  All members and non-members that want to support ATV riding in the Great North Woods Region should plan bring their "clean" ATV(s) and join us in the parade.  Bring them to the Murphy Dam parking area at 10 AM to get ready to ride in the parade at 11 AM.  We want to have as large a presence as possible to show that there are many who want to enjoy the Great North Woods on ATVs.

Our current TRAIL MAP is posted at the trail head kiosk and copies will be available soon.  Junction numbers will be placed soon, so you will know exactly where you are on the trail system.  The plans are to have water resistant maps available next season and all 2006 members will get one when they join the club.  (One Map Per Mailing Address)

Check out the Club Ride-In & Picnic report and the NEW pictures on the TRAILS picture page.  Plan to join us next year.

Also, check out the Trail Administrator's Report for May 2005.

The club is in need of volunteers to help with the upkeep of the trail system.  Anyone who has time to help bring quality ATV riding to the Pittsburg, NH area is encouraged to contact the club at the above address or the E-mail address.  Your help will be greatly appreciated!
